Project team for government-sponsored competition developing 5500 acre parcel in Shanghai municipal region as part of a regional greenbelt initiative. The proposal focuses on points of connection between ecological remediation and local tourism to promote the economic viability of the village-based farm economy while meeting regional need and desire for clean open spaces and trustworthy food sources.
